EASY! No printing multiple forms or making special labels like you do with psa or others. All you do in any order is add INSURANCE (a must) and Products to cart, then place order (use the x1 and adjust qty for singles, or purchase 5/10 for a discount) Also, PLEASE FILL OUT THE SUBMISSION FORM found below or on the submission form page.

INSURANCE IS MANDATORY!!!! All Carts must have one option added….Pay nothing by adding the $100 FREE INSURANCE BELOW. NOT RECOMMENDED! (By doing so you are saying your items are worth $100 & in the unlikely event usps, ups, fedex damaged or lost your return items, the most you could claim from the carrier responsible would be $100) RECOMMENDED! if your items value over $100 PURCHASE INSURANCE BELOW. You will include a value in the online submission form, (fair market or what you want, just don’t under insure) If a item is under insured we will contact you before return shipping with the option to pay the extra insurance or to give consent of release with no liability.
